Becoming a Member
Membership to Border Games Albury Wodonga is $20 a year. You will be issued with a numbered membership card and this will entitle you to a 10% discount on any purchases made at Mind Games Albury. We also have the same agreement with Mind Games Melbourne (Swanston Street), and Mind Games Canberra. The only time this discount will not apply is if the stores have a special offer on particular stock. In this situation the two offers are not cumulative.
How do I Sign Up
You can become a member by visiting us on any Saturday at Trudewind Neighbourhood House or by going to Mind Games, Albury. In either case all you need to do is pay your $20 and you will be issued with a membership card. Your details such as name, e-mail and gaming interests will be recorded to help us communicate with you. If you cannot pay all at once the club will accept a gold coin donation each time you attend and deduct this from the $20 membership fee, before issuing a card.
Other Benefits
As a member you will also have reserved access to any special events that may have a limited number of seats. By this we mean that members will be given preferential treatment over non-members in tournaments and other special events. Being a member may also offer a discounted entry fee to tournaments and painting competitions.
Finally, being a member enables you to be placed on our member log. Your details are kept confidential but it allows us to e-mail you the club's monthly newsletter and info on special events.
Where Your Money is Spent
We are a non-profit group so all income earned is put straight back into supporting gaming within the club. Once all costs are covered, any remaining income is used for promotion and prize support.
