The League '08
The league will start in March and the club is willing and able to teach people the game with the new 5th Ed Rules throughout February.
For those unfamiliar with the game, Blood Bowl is essentially American Football (Gridiron) in the Warhammer Fantasy World. The teams can include Elves, Dwarves, Skaven, Orcs etc etc and the opportunity to physically pommel and kill your opponents is usually just as important as scoring those TD's.
Tournament System - We will be using the Model used at CanCon 2008. The only exception is that each team will play each other team once with the top 4 reaching the finals. This differs to CanCon where each team plays a total of 7 games. All points awarded can be found in the Ladder Link.
We of course play for the fabled League Trophy like the one below.
